Is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a con?

I came across the a weight loss program named Fat Loss for Idiots not too long ago. Obviously, due to it's name, I didn't bother about the program. In fact I thought, it was some scam program and only idiots will fall for it. This belief was further accentuated when the site claimed that you could lose weight by confusing the body to lose weight with calorie shifting.
